1.How can I check if my SiNE CARD is compatible with Find Hub or Find My app?
Simply double-press the button and check the color of the status LED. A green light indicates it is compatible with the Find Hub app, while a blue light means it is for the Find My app.
2.Can I use the SiNE CARD with both Android and iOS devices?
No, the SiNE CARD works with either Android or iOS based on the platform chosen at purchase. Once paired, it is locked to that network (Find Hub or Find My) and cannot be changed, even if the device is factory reset.
3.Do I need to download an app to use SiNE CARD?
No, you do not need to download a separate app because the SiNE CARD integrates directly with the Find My app on Apple devices or the Find Hub app on Android devices. If these apps are missing, you can simply download them from the App Store or Google Play.
4.Pairing Notification Pop-up Stopped Appearing
If you close the pop-up notification during the pairing process, it will not reappear for at least 5 minutes.

If the notification does not appear again after 5 minutes, please try to restart your mobile phone or reset your item finder.
5.Can I locate my items when they're far away?
Sure! When your item is out of Bluetooth range, the SiNE CARD leverages nearby Android devices to securely and anonymously relay your item's location to you via the Find Hub network.
6.Why can't I play sound after pairing?
Please ensure your SiNE CARD is not turned off or has not been reset. If the SiNE CARD is out of Bluetooth range, it cannot receive the signal to play sound. You may need to move closer to its last known location to re-establish a connection.
